Black Lives Matter.
This is what we’ve sent to our team internally, and in full transparency, we wanted to share it with you, too.

Dear Steadfast Family,
Although we are a small software / talent management company, we’d be doing a disservice to ourselves and our community by ignoring the issue of systemic racism. As Steadfast, we explicitly denounce acts of racism, police brutality, and support the Black Lives Matter movement. We stand in solidarity with you.
We commit to continuing to make our workplace free from discrimination and racism. We value inclusion and holding one another accountable. If you need to take time off to process, peacefully protest, or rest, you have our full support.
As non-POC leaders, we commit to doing the work of tackling any implicit biases as we are each responsible for unlearning any inherent biases. We strongly encourage other white employees to do the same. If you’d like to join us, we will be reading How to Be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi, along with an additional list of resources. If you need a copy, we will purchase it for you from our favorite local, Black-owned bookstore.
To put some immediate action behind our commitment, Steadfast has also donated to these local and national organizations:
We are grateful for a team that values diversity and equality, and tomorrow & every day that follows, we will continue to stand with the Black community.
